Follow these practical instructions to prepare your device, install a compatible player and add the access details supplied after activation.
Install a reputable IPTV player from your device's official app store whenever possible. Common choices include IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, IBO Player and other players that accept Xtream Codes or M3U details.
Launch the player and choose “Login with Xtream Codes API” when available. Some players instead request an M3U playlist URL. Use the format included with your activation message.
Type the server address, username and password exactly as supplied. Avoid extra spaces and keep capitalization unchanged. Never publish or forward these private credentials.
Allow the player to download categories and programme-guide data. Test a standard HD stream first. If playback pauses, restart the router, try Ethernet and close other high-bandwidth activity.
If the login is rejected or your device uses a different interface, contact support with your order reference, device model and player name. Do not send passwords in public messages.
